Passage James 1:13
James 1:13 says God tempts no one. Genesis 22:1 says God tested Abraham by commanding him to offer his son. The argument notes that the two passages use different words, test and tempt, but treats the test of Abraham as the very thing James says God does not do.
After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, “Abraham!” And he said, “Here I am.”
